The Milford Corporate Center is moving into active marketing as real estate agents begin seeking buyers and tenants for 27 available lots at the nearly 180-acre development. The project is designed to accommodate about 2 million square feet of commercial space and could eventually support up to 1,300 jobs. Infrastructure work, including roads and utilities, is continuing as NAI Emory Hill fields inquiries from prospective manufacturers, distributors, contractors and other businesses.
