Milford Corporate Center
The City of Milford Council purchased the 182-acre farm on the corner of Rt. 14 and Rt. 15 (Canterbury Road) in Fall 2021. Zoned I-1 (Limited Industrial) and BP (Business Park), the Milford Corporate Center will centralize such businesses and fulfill the current and future needs of manufacturing, light industrial, warehousing and employment in the greater Milford area. The creation of an industrial park was included in the 2018 Strategic Plan. The City broke ground on this property in March 2025 and phase I infrastructure is slated to be complete mid-Summer 2026. An open house was held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Public Works Facility, 180 Vickers Drive to discuss the business park concept plan. The City and its land planning consultant were available during the two-hour period to gather feedback from the public and provide information related to the proposed business park.
