The City of Milford will host an Open House to discuss the Milford Corporate Center concept plan on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Public Works Facility, 180 Vickers Drive, Milford, DE.  The City and its land planning consultant will be available during the two-hour period to gather feedback from the public and provide information related to the proposed business park.

Milford is moving forward with plans for a new 182-acre Milford Corporate Center that could bring roughly 27 office and industrial lots to the Route 14 and Route 15 corridor. The concept plan allows for a mix of smaller office users and larger industrial, warehouse and distribution operations, with the potential for up to 3.7 million square feet of development. The project is expected to be built in three phases, with infrastructure, roadway access and marketing plans still being finalized.
