Milford Corporate Center sees third round of state funds
The Milford Corporate Center has received $1.4 million in state funding to help build infrastructure for the growing business park. The Level II Site Readiness grant will support project management, inspections, sidewalks and internal roads as the city works toward developing up to 27 lots capable of supporting about 2 million square feet of office and manufacturing space. Officials say the project could eventually bring roughly 1,300 jobs to the area and has already secured more than $7.5 million in state funding.
