Milford Corporate Center moves forward
Milford City Council approved several contracts advancing the Milford Corporate Center at the intersection of Milford-Harrington Highway and Canterbury Road. The agreements cover construction administration and inspection, bid and construction support, legal services for a master development agreement, and transportation improvements required by DelDOT. Phase I will include the Canterbury Road and Airport Road entrances, a Route 14 service road and a sanitary sewage pumping station. The contracts, totaling more than $500,000, were approved unanimously, 7-0, with Councilwoman Katrina Wilson absent.
