Milford Corporate Center Plan Approved
Milford City Council unanimously approved the preliminary plan for the Milford Corporate Center at the former Fry Farm property. The 27-lot office and warehouse complex will include stormwater facilities, a new water tower, a sewage pumping station and a public walking path. The plan also includes traffic improvements and no access to Churchill Road. Council approved the project’s requested signage and block-length waivers.
