Milford Corporate Center is a 147-acre, state-of-the-art business park planned for the corner of Northwest Harrington Highway (Route 14) and Canterbury Road (Route 15). Featuring 27 parcels ranging from 3.2 to 8.4 acres, the development is designed to attract a diverse mix of businesses while creating jobs and supporting economic growth in Milford. Plans include walking trails, a new water tower and sewage pumping station, upgraded roads and signage, and a roundabout at Canterbury Road and Airport Road. The project also received a $2.7 million Delaware Site Readiness Fund grant to support critical road improvements. Lots are available for sale or build-to-suit.
