
NAI Emory Hill will market parcels at Milford Corporate Center in partnership with the city.
Located at the corner of Northwest Harrington Highway (Route 14) and Canterbury Road (Route 15), the 180-acre site features 27 parcels ranging from 3.2 to 8.4 acres.
The parcels will accommodate a range of businesses from small offices to large industrial users.
Milford Corporate Center is designed to support both small and large users. while taking advantage of the Route 15 corridor. The development will include public amenities such as walking trails.
In addition to the business facilities, the site will house a new water tower and a sewage pumping station to support the development.
The city plans to install comprehensive signage and necessary road improvements, including a roundabout at the intersection of Canterbury Road and Airport Road.
The project has received support, including a $2.7 million grant from the Delaware Site Readiness Fund for road improvements.

A ground-breaking ceremony that included Gov. Matt Meyer, Milford Mayor F. Todd Culotta, City Manager Mark Whitfield, and other officials and members of the community took place on March 4.
