The City of Milford Council purchased the 182-acre farm on the corner of Rt. 14 and Rt. 15 (Canterbury Road) in Fall 2021.  Zoned I-1 (Limited Industrial) and BP (Business Park), the Milford Corporate Center will centralize such businesses and fulfill the current and future needs of manufacturing, light industrial, warehousing and employment in the greater Milford area.  The creation of an industrial park was included in the 2018 Strategic Plan.  Plans are underway to break ground on this property in Winter 2023/2024.  Keep up to date with the progress on the News & Announcements page here.

An open house was held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Public Works Facility, 180 Vickers Drive to discuss the business park concept plan.  The City and its land planning consultant were available during the two-hour period to gather feedback from the public and provide information related to the proposed business park.  Below is a link to the poster boards from this open house.
